Response and Removal

Counter Notification
If you believe that the material removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notice must include:

- Identification of the removed material and its location before removal;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
We will review your counter-notice and may reinstate the material if appropriate under the DMCA.
Repeat Infringers
WowVegas.org reserves the right to terminate access for users who are repeat infringers in accordance with our policies and the DMCA.
